Catholic Bloggers Unite

Hello Catholic women,

I came across this site. I was quite disturbed to see all of the wiccan mom blogs and only one Catholic blog. Come on Catholic moms, lets vote in some of our own. We can evangelize so much more if we show our support of each other outside of our own little blogosphere.

  1. I added mine to the list! I'm way down at the bottom!

  2. Just wanted to point out that not all Pagan bloggers are Wiccan. As the term "Christianity" is an umbrella term, so is "Pagan".

The reason so many Pagan blogs are currently in the top spots is because the Pagan community pulled together to vote after reading several intolerant, hate filled posts about the few Pagan blogs that were nominated for the contest (including my own). If you'd like to read more about it, I invite you to read my own blog post about what's been happening:

Many blessings to you and yours, and good luck in the voting!

  3. Mrsb,

I know what the term Pagan refers. I have no problem with the fact that so many Pagan blogs are in the top spots but I feel that the Christian and even more importantly the Catholic blogs are underrepresented. I was attempting to have more Catholic bloggers represented by calling for more to blogs and more to vote.

  4. Sorry, I misunderstood, and certainly didn't mean offense. I know that there can be some misinformation out there, and I was simply taking an opportunity to help spread some good relations.

Again, my apologies if my post was taken the wrong way.

  5. I did not take offense. In fact I found your comment very respectful in comparison to some comments I have gotten in the past.

  6. I'd been ruminating a call for more Catholic bloggers as I felt quite lonely there.

I'm now following your blog and would love for you to visit sometime (if you haven't already, that is..)
